“Employees are great - Upper Management leaves something to be desired”
I have been working at Veolia Water North America full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Pay is good and benefits are average. Lots of room for advancement if you are open to relocation.
Cons – Upper management "talks the talk" but doesn't "walk the walk". They want to be the "Employer of Choice" and say that "People are our most valuable resource" but they are only catch-phrases. They are empty words without any substance behind them.
Advice to Senior Management – Once the economy picks up people will be voting with their feet.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
