Current Employee – been working at Veracode

Pros – High level of urgency and accountability along with the opportunity to directly impact the success of the company. Strong leadership in the security vertical where our customers are really being helped by the service that we provide. Ridiculously smart people who are happy to share their ideas and experiences!!

Cons – There is a lot of work to do which is not in and of itself a negative and we are hiring a lot of people so it should get easier.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep pushing the message(s) of the Veracode of Conduct and the values that you are actively trying to encourage. It is a good message and it is working to build a strong company culture.
