Pros

-People: intelligent, hard working, invested, results-oriented, security-minded

-Technology: Game Changing core technology delivered via a could based Security as a Service with an aggressive product enhancement plan.

-We're Building Something: Everyone here feels a part of it. Most importantly our growth trajectory proves it's valuable!!! It is what gets me out of bed in the morning, and keeps me up to midnight to right this review.

-Startup Culture: I love the thrill of the cloud based start-up culture where you can think strategically, act nimbly, make decisions in a leadership capacity, while still rolling up your sleeves and executing.

Cons

We work really hard, sometimes too hard. The rewards are there to back it up and the company is good about work life balance in creative ways. But its NOT a 9-4 w/ an hour lunch culture....If you join, plan to invest and work hard.

Advice to Senior Management

Excited about the new leadership of Bob Brennan (former CEO of Iron Mountain) and the direction he is taking the company strategically. Continue with the transparency and empowerment culture.
