    Pros

Representing VERENGO Solar, the #1 residential rooftop solar installer in the country, is a pleasure and career highlight. Solar energy is the dynamic, vibrant industry of the century. VERENGO has been and continues to be a fast growing well-paced company with a keen, fun entrepreneurial spirit. It’s high energy team of professionals across various industries and disciplines make it a unique and special place. VERENGO offers homeowners . . . “The Edison Alternative!”

    Cons

Must have high energy to keep up with the changing regulations and market demands. This challenge has created a team that works together to meet those needs and build the necessary support infrastructure to be the best.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ken and Randy just keep your down to earth candid style with employees, homeowners, venders and governmental agencies. It is motivating to be a part of this dynamic firm, alternative energy industry and a way forward to meet America's energy needs.

I have been working at Verengo Solar part-time

    Pros

*Pay you hourly and you get to make your own schedule.
*$60 for each appointment and $100 extra if it turns into sales, some people if they live in a good area can get 3-4 appointments, most, if they work hard will get 0-2.

    Cons

*Provide better training to employees. One day of training and then one more day of in-field training is no where near enough to set us up for any type of success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer better training and guidance to the canvassers. The monthly meeting is a waste of time
