    Pros

    -As of late company is reinvesting in its infrastructure
    -Company paid time off is good
    -Nice insurance options
    -Talent and hard work can take you far in the company
    - You will learn multiple roles
    -Rank and file employee base is close knit

    Cons

    -Pay in many positions is not market competitive
    - Suspension of 401k match has happened more than once in 3 years
    - Frequent headcount reductions/layoffs
    - Company has cancelled or postponed merit increases multiple times in the last 6 years
    - Medical Insurance is more expensive than it should be
    - HR is a revolving door
    - You will be doing more than 1 job 24 hours a day
    - People resources are always tight, which means always flying by the seat of your pants instead of doing the job right the first time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Take care of your employees
    - Pay your employees fairly based on what they actually do and the market, not based on job profile
    - Dont cut benefits to finance the latest acquisition
    - Finish R&D on a product before launching as production
    - Hire the employees you need to accomplish the job you want done
