Poor Quality Hardware and Software. Limited R&D, Lack of Motivation to Innovate new things.

Hire Good Resources who could help the deployments. Too many managers and too little doers

    I have been working at VeriFone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Easier to be visible and make the difference

    Cons

    Pretty much everything else: mediocre pay, benefits. Petty office politics. Nepotism with mid managers. Zero chance of any advancement or career growth. Company is in financial trouble and completely lost in the new age technology.

    Stop wasteful spending.
