“Great people, but a completely externally focused management”
Former Employee – worked at Verigy
Pros – Leading edge technology
Very smart, very senior people
Reasonable, though not great, compensation package
Support for creative ideas
Great customers
Cons – Upper management is completely focused on the investment community. (This may be changing as Jorge takes charge)
Lack of communication from the executive team, even more, a lack of understanding of the employee situation
The above two result in a lack of trust between the employees and the management
