Former Employee – worked at Verint Systems full-time for more than a year

Pros – great to learn server installs to anything related to hardware setup

Cons – not much of process in place , very poor version control and hardly any methodology is followed.

Advice to Senior Management – Need strong process and product development methodologies in place

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
