I have been working at Verizon
Pros – Great pay
Great tuition benefits
Good people/teams
Cons – Benefits get worse every year
Layoffs are too frequent
Advice to Senior Management – push forward and open up to the ideas of new corporate models
don't be ruled by money and power
become ushers into the technical future like Jobs
