Verizon – “typical call center with no respect for frontline employees”
Pros
excellent pay, benefits, compensation for sales, the hourly employees are very respectful of each other and understand when one needs a lending hand. always gets sundays off and most holidays.
Cons
training changes depending on sup you are talking to, no understanding of home and work life, inability to communicate well by management to hourly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BECOME A VZ EMPLOYEE
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees they usually know what is best because we deal with it every day the management think they know the world and racism is def a factor in my center!
