    Multiple career path opportunities, investment in training/education/skill development, great health benefits, forward thinking company, diverse employment practices, long term stability and competitive pay structure

    Cons

    very large company, not all employees are held accountable for their contributions (or lack of), easy to "hide" and just collect a check, Telecom division is being held hostage by union contracts which gives direct competitors the upper hand who do not employ union workers

    Advice to Management

    create a work environment on eac team where employee development and accountability is at the core. Inspect what you expect and no matter how large/small your team, enforce a work/life balance motto so that employees aren't forced to try to take advantage of our liberal employee benefits
