    Pros

    Good salary and benefits but that's about it.

    Cons

    At the end of the day you are just a name and number on a P&L statement. Management was clueless about how to manage our PCI compliance practice when they acquired it in the CyberTrust acquisition and is still mismanaging it according to my friends that still work there.

    Advice to Management

    Get someone with PCI experience to run the PCI practice.

    Pros

    The salary was much higher than any of the competition, Full benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision. They have some programs to help you pay for school and higher learning program.

    Cons

    Sales quota was too demanding, Constant managers listening to your conversations, strict policy on attendance and bathroom breaks, They can suspend you without pay if you do not offer every product to a customer on every phone call.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees, Having them fear their job security every day declines productivity. Have sales quota that can be attainable in order to promote motivation with employees.
