Current Employee - Senior Specialist in Baltimore, MD

I have been working at Verizon full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Salaries are good. It was a great place to work years ago.

Cons

Too much time spent on reorganization and changing Senior Management - Director and above.
There is no customer focus or attention to customer satisfaction. Many of the jobs are being outsourced - overseas. Employee morale is very low.
