ProsGreat incentives and salaries. Very Very good benefits and pay.

ConsVerizon is very stresfull in regards to making the revenue targets and productivity targets needed monthly and annually.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice to Management is to remember to value your frontline and don't make them feel like everything they do is about making money for the company and that it didn't matter what was best for the customer.

    Pros: Compensation is inline with industry average Cons: - Pressure to boost short-term earnings at the expense of long-term value creation - Constant reduction in force… Advice to Senior Management: - Direct focus to your employee's.
