I have been working at Verizon full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay or potential pay and benefits are good in my opinion. There are a lot of areas to move around in the company once you're in.

    Cons

I don't care for the Verizon "Culture". They just have a way of doing things that come from upper management down that leaves a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths. I'm sure this is common with a lot of companies but at Verizon you just get the feeling that they just don't care about the lower lever employees at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't focus on just the numbers
