I have been working at Verizon full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Not much that can be said on the pro side

    Cons

Backstabbing leadership; living incarnation of corporate Hunger Games- you only succeed by making others fail. Self aggrandizing statements about it being the best place to work are blatant lies. Never ending layoffs, penny pinching budget restrictions despite record making profits. Culture of it never being enough despite non stop work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just stop being 2 faced and state you are out to make as much as possible regardless of the toll on your employees.
