The pay is great and the benefits.
Cons
They want you to be a robot with extreme expectations. The computer systems are constantly having issues making it very hard to meet your stats or help the customer when everything you do is on the computer. Customers are irate due to we have no specialists anymore for ex Billing specialist, Orders specialis Tv specialist Phn specialist or Data specialist. Due to this the customer has to talk to several reps before someone finealy takes ownership of the call thus making the customer extremely irate.
Advice to Senior Management
We are trying to sell our customers everything which is great we want our customers to have 1 stop shopping but if anything goes wrong & no sale is involved the cust is shuffled to another dept or not helped the way the cust deserves to be helped causing customers to loose all respect for Verizon.
