    Pros

    The brand is the best part of working for Vz. Ton's of resources available. Pay was above industry average.

    Cons

    Vz is the hardest company to do business with that i've ever been associated. the # of systems that are not integrated due to the constant mergers makes it an impossible maze. My particular Regional Director was the biggest ASS i've ever seen, I can't believe he has not been involved in a harassment law suit.

    Pros

    Cell phone, laptop, and vehical when needed. upper level support per job avalible

    Cons

    Management has lost concern for customers and focus has been shifted solely to stock holders

    I am not in management and do not know the entire story around the loss of customer service. All I can say is there is a large group of unhappy customers.
