    Pros

Management is very supportive. The company has a surprisingly good business culture and provides a number of excellent programs for career and self development.

    Cons

I worked for a small VES operation as a Customer Service Representative that has been recently closed. So I am recently laid off.

I worked at Verizon full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Amazing salaries, bonuses, benefits, FMLA, perks. You are also protected b a Union that works for you to "look after your best interest". When you are first hired, they give you 4 months of paid training with mileage reimbursement, so for the first 4 months you have a check that's almost double what you will be getting once you are at your job location

    Cons

Quotas, Step system, if you are out from work and is not fmla approved, you go on step and it an take up to a year of no unexcused absences

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
