ConsSome upper management are in the dark, management by numbers doesn't work, the onsite work environment is stressful.

    Pros: great pay, challenging, great group and teams below Sr Management. I maintain contact with many coworkers… Cons: Long hours, hard or impossible to advance unless you have friends higher up.
