Pros

The pay, benefits, and the strong friendships. Training and coaching is of top quality.

    Pros

    Benefits and incentives are good.

    Cons

    Verizon runs its office like a call-center which they are not. Long hours and overbearing micro-managing. Verizon lures you in and then switch up the terms once you hit the floor. Supervisors are aggressive and if they don't like you, you wont make it. If you are use to working in an environment where you are responsible for your work, DO NOT work here. You will NOT enjoy someone listening in on your calls or being critical of the way your voice sound. They expect you to have a nasal tone to your voice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Everyone is not the same. People come from diverse backgrounds and customers DO NOT care much so long as you can speak proper English and get the job done. Verizon should pay more attention to their employee's when someone complains about a supervisor.
