Pros

Solid tech and offerings, good pay and stable

Cons

Very busy, working retail can be draining

Advice to Management

My store leadership could have benefited from more leading by example and support of sales staff, rather than hiding in the back all the time and avoiding irate/problem customers

    Pros

Great benefits and a somewhat flexible schedule. The benefits here start from the first day you are employed with verizon which is great.

    Cons

You are required to work most weekends and holidays when you first start out. The hours are long and you don't get paid very much.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to take more advice from their employees and suggestions they give. The employees would be much happier and the company would run smoother.

    Pros

The pay and benefits are great compared to other industry's. A supervisor can make more money than an entry level attorney.

    Cons

Everyone is working scared because of the constant lay-offs each quarter. There is no more loyalty and morale is at an all time low with management positions.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing so much on the stock price and worry more about employee morale. The stock price has been stagnant for over 10 years. Who's fault is that?
