Great benefits, flexible with hours for the management tract employees.

Cons

Leadership had no idea what was going on in the company. Still tried to run the company like a phone company instead of the entertainment company that they claimed to be.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop embracing the "Peter Principle" iF someone is promoted to a level they fail, move them toanother postions similar to the one that the excelled in and find someone that knows the job. Enforce all rules evenly across the board and stop paying for technology that you do not use.
