Plenty to keep you busy.. downsizing means that one person does the job of three.

Standard promotion means 10% pay raise, but 15% more time is required to do the job..

Advice to Senior Management

Need make sure that all of the teams are supporting one another, and with the proper amount of people to do their jobs. Quit trying to copy the other companies, and be a trend setter with marketing, and make sure there is plenty of time to code, and test before rolling to production.
