Cons – Management was subpar (with few exceptions)
Intense pressure for growth and sales at any cost
Unrealistic expectations
Hours (as a part time employee I averaged 42+ hrs a week)
Advice to Senior Management – Insure that the management team is communicating effectively with its employees, hire employees based on store demand, some stores are too saturated with sales reps it creates a harsh work environment.
