I worked at Verizon Wireless
Pros – Benefits Package, Diversity and Personal Growth would be the main pros of working there.You can also get a lot of experience of how a customer centric company works.
Cons – Environment can get a little stressful. Better salaries available at other companies. IT was not as friendly as I could have thought.
Advice to Senior Management – Be a little more flexible with employees. Better salary options wouldn't hurt either. Offer more benefit programs. Have a more robust mentor program.
