Current Employee – been working at Verizon Wireless full-time
Pros – Flexible work environment sometimes
will cover your tuition
Cons – Promotion, Salaries, bonus is related whom you know and not what you know and how you work. Working long hours and reaching the goals will never impress your managers it depends on how you butter them all the time. Work culture is like slave and yet no recognition. Avoid joining on full time until it is really necessary. Highly demanding work environment.
Advice to Senior Management – Start appreciating and supporting employees who actually work and not just because some one always butters you. Do not push all the work to one employee making him burn out rather distribute it in proper way.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
