    GOOD PAY, LOTS OF HOURS AND GREAT BENEFITS

    THEY ARE REALLY HARD ON YOU AND SET EXPECTATIONS THAT CAN NOT BE REACHED... THEY MAKE YOU UPSELL EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER REALLY DOESNT NEED IT. ITS A VERY STRESSFUL WORK ENVIRONMENT.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to think about the customer and not how to trick them into buying something they dont need. You make us feel shady and a lot of sales people are because of the standards you set. making sells reps show customers product even when the customers say they are not interested is hurting your business. I hear all the time customers say, the only reason they came into the store is cause they had no choice and they hate being upsold on the product. Making customers sign into "My Verizon" each and every time they walk into the store is REALLY hurting business. They just get irritated at anything we say to them after that and then we cant sell them anything... But now they would rather just go to walmart and buy a phone from there cause its free and they only have to pay sales tax on the sale price and not the full retail of the phone. Things need to change or you will lose your customers.
