Pros

Great upper managment, Good communication between staff and sienor positions good pay and bennefits.

Cons

Long hours, customers will yell at you about thier bill and phones not working, so develop a thick skin or you will have a hard time handling it.

Advice to Management

Increase the commission pay, everytime we figure out a way to make money the commission structor changes and cuts they pay.

    Pros

Ability to watch Netflix and relax most of the day

    Cons

Money hunger, change in commission in the companies favor, lack of communication, money being deducted from your already pitiful check for things you where not aware of. Lack of concern for the employees safety. Constant emails to pump up sales all day, at least 12 a day. When I left this job I told my husband I would rather stand on the corner and beg for change then to work for this company another day..I think my weekly earnings would be better.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees and they will take care of the Company...Instead of harassing your employees with threatening email take time to visit the stores take your feet off the desk with your cocktail in hand and see if your sales goals are obtainable at each location or out of reach
