very stressful high pressure to perform bizarre vacation/sick day process

Advice to Management

Please try and slow the pace down for employees. There is a reason the turnover rate is so high. You are pushing them too hard!

    Pros

    Reduced or free device and service Training before starting call center job gets you ready to work the phones Empowerment to credit accounts as needed. Tools to understand account value.

    Cons

    Rotating shifts, having to bid on your shift you wanted and hoping you would get it. Call center stats push you to resolve calls in very short amount of average time leaving some customers likely not receiving the full support they need.

    excellent pay and benefits, and incentives

    Cons

    Supervisors a trained to assume that the caller, customer will have to call back and can affect your coaching for the moth with failed calls, even though the caller said you addressed everything that they needed.

    Advice to Management

    Management is great!
