Current Employee - Business Collections Coordinator in North Charleston, SC

I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great salary and benefits package. Access to an onsite gym and trainers is also a plus. The company also supports lots of amazing causes such as habitat for humanity and domestic violence prevention.

    Cons

The pressure to achieve results can become overwhelming and the value of the individual can become lost in the corporate setting. Advancement is difficult if you are unable or unwilling to relocate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stand up for your employees, and back them up when they are right. Employees leave the manager, not the company.
