I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

the coworkers, and you get a free phone

    Cons

Everything else, continually changes commission structure to cut possible commissions. Verizon has created an environment to let customers run all over them and front line employees take the brunt of that and has no backing from management. If you make numbers even if its shady you can do whatever you want. If you try to work honestly you are criticized for every tiny detail

    Advice to Management

Actually try to be on the floor and assist employees instead of sitting in the backroom. Only time managers are on the floor are to "shadow" employees and threaten their jobs for not ripping people off.
