I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They really took good care of their employees. Provided a lot of benefits.

    Cons

When I worked in customer care it seemed that the supervisors were all over the place on how they scored your calls. Every supervisor was so different. It made it a bit hard to be really good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you are all on the same page. Try taking some calls not just one or two but several like the reps do just to remind yourselves what reps deal with every single day. And keep in mind that reps are human too, not machines.

I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is the only thing that keeps you there.

    Cons

two faced individuals who will stab you in the back and try to get you fired once you raise awareness of you having issues in the workplace.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Investigate your DM's and make sure they are not shady people who sleep with other employees. Also take responsibility for employee discrimination and don't cover it up and try to get that individual fired.
