Former Employee - Sales Representative in Tukwila, WA
Former Employee - Sales Representative in Tukwila, WA

I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent money to be made for those wiling to work retail hours in a mall setting, always talking to new people and most of the time customers are happy to be getting new phones

    Cons

Retail hours in a mall setting make it difficult to plan holidays and vacations of any length. Monthly sales metrics change seemingly on a whim from whatever new regional manager has most recently stepped into the role

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick w tried and true sales metrics instead of moving the goalposts every other month

    No opinion of CEO
