    Pros

The hiring and training process occurred rather quickly, which allowed me to get on my feet in a hurry. Most of the people I worked with, including management were competent, nice people. If you a motivated, hard worker you can make a lot of money from your commission.

    Cons

My biggest problem with this job was the schedule, you have to work weekends and a lot of nights, it becomes hard to have a good social life. Also, the job can be very stressful around the holidays and toward the end of the month as you try to work more hours to meet your quota. So many people come into the store for customer service issues that take up time you could be using to make sales.

    Advice to Management

Allow sales reps to reap the benefit of their hardwork without drastically changing the quota once the sales team has a good month. It seems as though everytime everyone in the store met their numbers the district manager would increase the quota the next month. This strategy kills morale and does not encourage a "team" atmosphere. Keep the customer service reps in the stores, otherwise, sales reps will treat customers having issues with their phones like crap in an effort to get rid of them and get to the next sale.

    Pros

Pay is the only thing that keeps you there.

    Cons

two faced individuals who will stab you in the back and try to get you fired once you raise awareness of you having issues in the workplace.

    Advice to Management

Investigate your DM's and make sure they are not shady people who sleep with other employees. Also take responsibility for employee discrimination and don't cover it up and try to get that individual fired.
