“I love working for the company.”
Current Employee – been working at Verizon Wireless full-time for less than a year
Pros – Very flexible hours, team environment, coaching, great training, helpful supervisors, great benefits, ability to grow, ability to work in multiple environments, able to help customers
Cons – Stressful, some people are hard to handle, lots of information to process, hard to sell upgrades and accessories, I feel bad when I don't perform well
Advice to Senior Management – More up to date training materials!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
