I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great Benefits, Lucrative pay, Professional envrionment

Cons

Typical Corporation, Constantly want you to do more and pay you less... People who are so high up make decisions who don't even know what it is like to deal with a customer. I am very successful at my position so it is not like i am just bad at sales.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make it more practical for people to move up, make commission more obtainable, make the grassroots employees feel like they matter.

    I worked at Verizon Wireless as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

    Above-average pay - compensation is decent.
    Work-life balance is generally good.

    Cons

    Incompetent and inefficient management.
    Unfriendly and uncooperative co-workers.
    Undue sense of entitlement from employees who have stayed with the company for long.
    Pathetic work culture.
    Some really unhappy employees.

    The pay and the benefits are good. Bonuses are really good

    Cons

    As as customer service rep my focus is on sales metrics rather than assisting the customer
