    Pros

Training is in depth. They definitely get you ready to be "out in the field"
Managers are mostly flexible with your schedule and great coaches
Commissions pay well if you can meet them; once you hit a multiplier it's relatively easy to hit the next one higher

    Cons

Sales method is sometimes all over the place, hard to focus as a sales rep
Commission goals and the sales goals of upper management are different, sometimes forcing you to choose to either get paid well or be a good employee
"Clopen" and long shifts make it mentally hard, sometimes it seems like all you do is work

    Advice to Management

Align the sales goals and commission goals so that employees can both get paid well and shine
