Current Employee – been working at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – -Great Co Workers
-Great Pay Benefits 401(k) tuition reimbursement
- Everyone(not management) is almost always willing to help you no matter what
- Welcoming enviroment
Cons – Increasingly near impossible goals to hit( I was one of the better reps and always overachieved yet they make it harder and harder every year & call it making the sales process"easier")
Certain managers dont help with wanting to move up.
Moving up chances near slim unless youre a "brown noser"
Advice to Senior Management – Understand a little more what its like to be a sales rep today vs what it was years ago. You cant in the past, the company is suppose to be about change, that doesn't just apply to sales reps. Give more chances to those deserving to move up and not ones who dont!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
