“Good company, ok benenfits,”
I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than a year
Pros – - Advancement opportunities are excellent I was promoted 4 times in 2 years
- Pay raises and bonuses were great
Cons – - Management was not great which lead to me leaving
- Work/Life balance was not great
Advice to Senior Management – Hire better managers and also work on the work/life balance
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
