Current Employee – been working at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Excellent pay, great benefits (401k 6% match, 7 days vacation, sick and personal time on top of that, tuition assistance, health benefits are great too)
Cons – Working in retail store of course comes with customer service, the varying shifts, working overtime and weekends. Also recent changes in performance reviews makes the job more difficult because it really depends on what manager you happen to have at the time. Almost no option to move up in the company.
Advice to Senior Management – More consistency in the communication between the chain of command
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
