Retail Customer Representative

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsI liked the benefits and the pay. They gave you yearly performance based bonuses of 2-8%. As well as you had potential for 10-15% in crease through overtime. And of course free work device and discounted personal lines.

ConsHours and limited opportunities for growth. In the store you were locked into retail hours which had mandatory black out ( non vacation) periods. This was usually from November to February. And you opportunities where either service or sell based and whatever benefits the company first. Sometimes the goals where very difficult to reach and customers can be very difficult to deal with at times.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
