Pros

One of the top companies to work for; particularly if your interest is in career development. VZW offers a multitude of programs to help further develop an individual's talents/skill sets. Nice to know when many companies are cutting back in the area of training and development!

Cons

Competitive candidate pool and could be a challenge to initially gain entry into this company

    Pros

Company has great benefits, very good 401 k, they pay is fairly good in retail, they pay $8,000 annually for school, is goo network to interact with people if you like to make connections

    Cons

Retail sales is a bit dishonest, managers make you sell anything to the customers even though the customer does not need it, store hours are terrible, way too many meetings that does not give you time for family, if you don't like the corporate world, forget about it

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the customers needs, not on the companies revenue
