    Pros

I enjoyed the Benefits & competitive pay

    Cons

I did not enjoy the poor decisions in incompetent promotions & inability to have work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Don't just promote because they fit into an EEOC category. Promote because they deserve it and they are good at their job and they respect employees.
