Current Employee - Sales Representative in El Paso, TX

    Pros

    Good Pay and benefits
It can be a great place if you are compatible with management.

    Cons

Every promotion depends on sale performance. So basically if you don't sell you will not get another position. Even if the position is not sales related.
Don't make plans after work, most of the time you end up staying late.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not just be a manager. Be a leader. Read books on leadership, take classes, and look at people who have led and succeeded in their respective fields. For example I am not an Apple fan but I do believe that Steve Jobs had a vision. Realize that different sales reps have different challenges.

Current Employee - BGCO Coordinator Technical Support in West Valley City, UT

    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, good training.

    Cons

No work/life balance. Stress between customers, staff, metrics, employees strictly a number, seniority means nothing, they tell you daily how they can replace you easily, upper management is clickish, quite a few are either quitting or stepping down. PAs change daily. They set you up to fail. The list goes on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your tech reps! We are the cream of the crop, not the clean up crew.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO
