I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (less than an year)

Pros

I work 40 hours/week + overtime pay, but usually don't have to work overtime. Education, Verizon benefits and tuition help. Training courses and classes paid for (as well as travel expenses).

Cons

Can require a lot of time depending on the project and expectations, but this is not very often.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it up, your employees are happy, I am anyways.

I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Money is good if you make ends meet with quota.
Get to have a company phone as well as discount on service on personal.
Flexible with vacation and time off.

    Cons

Company keeps slashing at commissions and taking perks away.
They make more now than ever and yet our goals keep raising while the pay decreases.
They now want you to sell in their own way and not yours.
Medical has risen like crazy the past few years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees with the respect they deserve. The company has the best sales staff in the business and the entire corporation would crumble if they were substituted by Best Buy kids.
