Pros

Excellent locations, people and solid understanding of wireless marketing, principles and technology second to none. They have made corrections to identify some critical challenges and made changes.

Cons

maybe some older hired employees abused power, and abused substances and the law. Unknown by upper management.

Advice to Management

Understanding change is good , Being different is good, embrace new ideas, family is important, making things work and meeting due dates.

    Pros

The pay, the benefits were outstanding, tuition reimbursement up to $8k per year, flex time options, generous PTO and vacation, I met some awesome people, opportunities for advancement were there if you wanted them. Walkstations- basically desks on treadmills were there if you wanted them.

    Cons

Shift bidding based on tenure with the company, lottery of supervisors that went along with it- if your sup liked you, you were golden, if your sup didn't like you, you might as well resign. Micromanagement was rampant and everything was based on your stats and "corrective action". HR said they had an open door but if you complained about your supervisor's discriminatory tactics, watch out, somehow everyone knew and your days were numbered. Very, very political and it all came down to who you knew, not how hard you worked. Was so stressful there that my hair was falling out. They say work life balance was important but didn't mean it.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and keep HR investigations private.

    Pros

Excellent compensation and benefits, many opportunities for aggressive sales people.

    Cons

Long hours and stressful interactions, unrealistic expectations. Many low integrity sales people create uneven selling field.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate sales individuals who are lying to clientele and creating false churn to fatten their wallets. They lower morale for good employees and inflate retail budgets.
