    Pros

Decent pay, good commission depending on your location, good benefits, room for advancement.

    Cons

The direction the company is going is decreasing pay for retail workers. Sales associates used to make excellent commission checks, now at some locations it is a struggle to hit the minimum quota. While the profitability of the company increases, the company looks for ways to cut corners on paying out its sales associates.
