    Pros

Great salary and benefits - as well as tech training

    Cons

Reatail hours and policies constantly changing

    Advice to Management

Your managers need better training in antidiscriminatory practices and most managers I've had the opportunity to work with don't "walk the walk" ; instead they practice the "do what I say, not what I do...

  2. Not a place that allows for advancement.

    Pros

Above average benefits and compensation relative to the local economy. Good training opportunies on emerging technologies. Pleseant work environment.

    Cons

Advancement is purely politcal, based on who you click with. I have seen friends of directors get senior positions with minimal experience or related education, while other talented and knowledgable individuals stagnate for years. Talent, knowledge and experience are taken for granted and not a factor in advancement. Would rather recruit individuals externally than promote from within.

    Advice to Management

Open the cell doors and allow movement of motivated people within the company. If job change is good for the accelerated management track types, it is good for any employees who desires it. Advancemt or movement is not a zero sum game.
