    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Regroup and look out for your employees they work very hard and are under appreciated ...and for goodness sakes let your staff sit down ...standing for 10 hours plus is so hard on the body

I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Pay/Benefits is good, if you're talented at sales you will make decent money, certainly the best retail job I've ever worked.

    Cons

Sales Metrics that don't improve pay check, sales metrics that detract from customer experience, commissions can be hard to get your mind around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Drop the focus on accessories, or at least drop it normal acceptable levels, or, pay out commissions based on performance, which is how it's supposed to work. No more secret metrics. Don't micro manage.
