I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than a year

Pros

Overtime opportunity, activities, team leads, barely and dullness, free stuff !!! (Tshirt, bags...)

Cons

can be stressful . training isnt that great . transitional period is terrible . information for new hires is very limited . a lot of things are left out during training period of 3 months !!

better planned out training and transitioning .
