I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The money is really good. It makes the weekends and evenings easy to work because of the money you are bringing in. The benefits are top notch and they promote from within. You can move to any department in the company after you start in retail.

    Cons

Working so many evenings and weekends can be a drain. But, like I said the money makes it worth it.

    Pros

It pays well and the benefits are good

    Cons

Some supervisors are awesome, however some just aren't interested on a human level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. Let employees move to new teams when things aren't working out with their current team or the supervisor seems set on getting rid of them.
